NEW YEAR’S EVE TICKET UPDATE

Please read the below information with regard to our ticket policy for our New Year’s Eve Event in the HALL AREA:

From MONDAY 25th NOV to WEDNESDAY 27th NOV between 7pm and 9pm - Tickets will be available to purchase for MEMBERS and CHILDREN. Membership Cards will be required when purchasing tickets, so please make sure you bring yours with you.

On SATURDAY 30th NOV at 12pm (Club Open Time) - Any remaining tickets will then go on sale for Members, Members Guests and Children (Subject to Availability) Only Members can purchase tickets for themselves and their guests. Members CAN ONLY purchase 2 Guest Tickets per membership card. Again, Membership Cards will be required when purchasing tickets. All Members & Members Guests MUST complete the Name/Address/Membership Number on the ticket stub when purchasing. Please ensure you have your Guest details ready when you purchase your tickets. The Committee will be operating a “first come first served policy” for this day, whereby a number system will be in place. Tickets sold on this day are subject to availability.

A reserve list will be in operation after these dates as we expect all tickets to be “Sold Out” after Saturday 30th November.

TICKET PRICES:

Members £15
Members Guest £25
Children 5-17 years £5
Children Under 5 are free but still require a ticket

Ticket Includes Entertainment (Disco) and Buffet.

Please Note: We will also have entertainment in our Lounge Bar, which does not require a ticket for entry. However, any Guest signed into the club FROM 5PM onwards on New Year’s Eve, will be required to pay the increased Guest fee of £5 per Guest. Members are allowed to sign in 2 Guests per member for this day. Children are also welcome to attend the Lounge Bar event. (PLEASE BRING YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH YOU FOR ENTRY)

New Membership Applications

We are now accepting New Membership Applications. Forms can be collected from behind the bar. Please complete details required and ensure you have a current Member who can Proposer & Seconder your application.

New Membership Fee : £45 Per Adult (After the 1st year your renewal will then cost £25 each year

Children Under 18 years of age are not required to become Members and are welcome to attend with Parents / Guardians

Please note that on bank holidays the club will open at noon

Children under 5 are allowed in the Club on any day, but must be taken home by 9.00PM

The Bar

We serve a variety of drinks and bar snacks at the bar.

So, settle into our comfortable seating, soak in the vibrant atmosphere, and let our bar be your haven of relaxation and indulgence.

Snooker Room - Now Open!

At the Club, members enjoy the use of three full-size snooker tables. They are located in the newly refurbished snooker hall. It's handily located near to the bar, so once you've potted the black, you can go and celebrate!

West Sutton Little League

We are happy to support West Sutton Little League - a great charity organisation for local boys and girls.

West Sutton Little League was founded in 1974 and provides organised football for over 650 children on Saturday Mornings in Cheam Recreational Ground.
